We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right by the Alster lake, was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the breakfast room, which offered a wide range of delicious options, including gluten-free rolls on order. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and a nice filled minibar. We also appreciated the little touches, like the welcome free water and the tea/coffee maker in the room. we felt this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the bus stop that takes you directly to central Hamburg. It's also conveniently situated next to a large lake, providing a beautiful view and opportunities for activities like sailing. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and high ceilings. The staff offers helpful service, ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. breakfast is served in a charming setting and features a variety of delicious options.
One downside is that ongoing renovation work in the building can be disruptive during the day.

We were actually surprised by the charming ambiance and elegant decor of the Hotel Alsterblick. The spacious superior room with high ceilings and cozy furnishings provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite the slightly distant location from the city center, the hotel's picturesque surroundings near the lake were a good retreat. The friendly and efficient reception staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. our experience at Alsterblick was positive and we would recommend it for a nice stay.
